The study aims to address this issue by examining the trends in area and production of onion, assessing the status of post-harvest infrastructure, studying global demand and competitiveness, estimating post-harvest losses and their causes, evaluating the cost-effectiveness of traditional and modern methods, and providing recommendations for improvement.
